Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, in accordance with Swedish and European Union consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Free from damage caused by improper use or wear and tear.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Used or worn slippers.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as undergarments).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- For international returns, customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return customs fees, depending on their country’s regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted if applicable.
- International refunds may take longer to process due to currency exchange rates and banking procedures.
Under Swedish and EU law, refunds must be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (typically 2-3 business days). If you still have not received your refund after this timeframe, please send us an email at sharkslider.help@gmail.com, and we will investigate further.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sharkslider.help@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
For international exchanges, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sharkslider.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim based on delivery confirmation from the carrier.
If damage is not reported within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
